A young North Kensington family have benefited from the local authority’s successful recovery of a property that was being illegally sub-let.
The family were able to move into the two-bedroom home ahead of the festive period after a council investigation revealed that the previous tenant had been sub-letting the property since 2010 and was living overseas.
