If you suspect that tenancy fraud is taking place and are concerned about raising the matter yourself, then you can report this to us. All information provided will be treated in confidence, but please note that by reporting this matter to us, you are providing us with your consent to pass this matter onto the relevant landlord and/or fraud investigation service for them to look into.

To enable us to report a fraud to the relevant landlord and/or fraud investigation service, it is essential that you provide us with as much information as possible.  We ask that you provide the following information: 

  • The full postal address of the affected property (if known)

  • The name(s) of the tenants and/or person suspected of committing the fraud (if known)

  • The name of the landlord (if known)  

  • Details of the fraud that you suspect is being committed, including relevant dates and any other information which you think will assist the landlord/fraud investigation service to examine this matter

  • Your contact details, including your name, telephone number and/or an email address (this is optional on whether you are willing to be contacted about this matter by the landlord/fraud investigation service)

Type of Contact
If reporting an alleged fraud, it is possible that someone from the landlords organisation may wish to speak to you about the matter. Please indicate below whether you are content for us to pass your contact details onto them.
