Council tenant found guilty and sentenced for housing fraud

A Barking and Dagenham council tenant was sentenced on Monday 31 March to 5 concurrent sentences of 2 years, suspended for 2 years, for deliberately misleading council officers in an application to acquire his council property under the Right to Buy Scheme.
