A nuisance Nuneaton council tenant who was caught trying to sub-let his flat for £800 has been evicted.
Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council housing officers found that the tenant had placed an advert online in which he attempted to sub-let the flat in Dorlecote Court to an unsuspecting member of the public.
