Tenancy Fraud Forum - Social Housing Fraud Research 2024

The Tenancy Fraud Forum is undertaking research to help inform guidance and publications we are developing to strengthen the fight against tenancy fraud.

Consequently, as the professionals with the best knowledge and understanding of what is happening, we are seeking your views and impressions on a few key issues, including the impact of online short term letting platforms and impact of regulatory support in the fight against tenancy fraud.

What we are asking is that you complete a short survey containing 6 multiple choice questions which should take no more than 2 minutes to complete.  There are no right or wrong answers and all answers are treated anonymously.

Although the survey will remain open until 30th September 2024, with the intention of publishing the results in help sheet format later in the year, we would be extremely grateful if you can could please complete it before the 10th May, as we would like to share the interim results with you at our 2024 conference on 15th May.

Please note that this survey is intended to be completed by TFF members who have access to the resources area of the TFF website (https://www.tenancyfraudforum.org.uk) the link to the survey can be accessed.

If you are not a member of the TFF, but work for a registered social landlord, or directly in support of a registered social landlord e.g. solicitors and would like to complete the survey or become a TFF member, then please email us at admin@tenancyfraudforum.org.uk
