Tenancy Specialist and Counter Fraud Specialist - Clarion Housing Group

Clarion Housing Group are currently advertising 2 roles as follows:

  • Tenancy Specialist: The candidate must be organised and capable of managing a varied workload, have an excellent understanding of anti-social behaviour and tenancy fraud as well as a demonstrable knowledge of the legislation in respect to tenancy management, fraud, ASB and legal disrepair.  They must also understand Data Protection and how it applies in investigation work. Critically, the candidate will already have experience of investigative interviewing, ideally for fraud and/or ASB as well, preparing and presenting cases at court, and experience of successful case management.  Preferably the candidate will hold, or be working towards a BTEC in Community Safety and/or Counter Fraud Specialist qualification. The candidate must also be an excellent communicator with good investigative/intelligence gathering and problem solving skills, confident, positive and solution-focused capable of making sound decisions, and also resilient and adaptable. Counter Fraud Specialist: The candidate will hold an accredited Counter Fraud Specialist/Manager qualification or similar with expert knowledge of fraud related legislation and regulation, including POCA, Fraud Act and RIPA and significant experience of applying this in practice. With demonstrable experience of working in a counter fraud role and experience of developing and delivering counter fraud training and awareness programmes, as well as experience of undertaking complex fraud and whistleblowing investigations.
